Glenn Schwerdtfeger

Board Member, Immigrant Integration Station
Glenn Schwerdtfeger is a dedicated advocate for fostering inclusive and diverse communities. With over three decades of experience in community leadership and service, he brings a wealth of expertise in program development, cross-cultural collaboration, and organizational leadership.
Since 1990, Glenn has served in various leadership roles across Ohio, where he has worked tirelessly to build partnerships that address the needs of underserved populations.
A committed advocate for equity and connection, Glenn has consistently prioritized creating welcoming spaces that encourage diversity and mutual support. His leadership philosophy is grounded in empathy, understanding, and the belief that every individual deserves to feel valued and cared for.
Glenn holds a B.A. in Classics from the University of Kansas and pursued further studies at the University of Illinois and Emory University in Atlanta. Residing in Columbus since 1994, he and his wife, Carolyn Wahlmark, have dedicated their lives to serving the community. Carolyn works as a librarian at OCLC in Dublin, and together they have raised two daughters, Emily and Rachel, who are also committed to impactful and meaningful work.
As a member of the Board of Directors for Immigrant Integration Station, Glenn leverages his extensive experience to support the organization’s mission of empowering immigrant communities through collaboration, education, and advocacy.

Sue Hachten

Board Member, Immigrants Integration Station | Strategic Business & Marketing Leader | Partnership Development Expert | Community Advocate
Sue Hachten serves as an esteemed Advisory Board Member for Immigrants Integration Station, bringing decades of experience in business development, strategic marketing, and partnership management. With a distinguished career in the IT and corporate sectors, Sue has successfully led initiatives in channel marketing, sales enablement, event management, and strategic planning. Her expertise in fostering high-value partnerships and community-driven initiatives plays a crucial role in shaping the vision and sustainability of the organization.
Education: Ohio University – B.S. in Organizational Communication, with minors in Business & Psychology
Sue Hachten’s leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to community empowerment strengthen the Advisory Board’s ability to drive meaningful change. Her contributions support Immigrants Integration Station in developing sustainable programs that empower, educate, and integrate immigrants into thriving professional and social environments.

Zukhra Ganieva

Member of Advisory Board | HR & Charitable Initiatives Expert.
Zukhra Ganieva is a seasoned Human Resources Manager and Charitable Initiatives Leader with extensive experience in workforce management, employee relations, and humanitarian projects. She specializes in HR operations and leads charitable programs, including the organization of community meal initiatives for people in need.
With a strong background in recruitment, policy development, and community engagement, Zukhra is dedicated to fostering organizational growth while making a meaningful impact on social welfare initiatives.

Zeinab Mohamed Kassab

Board Member, Immigrants Integration Station.
Zeinab Mohamed Kassab is a distinguished financial professional with extensive expertise in accounting, taxation, and public service. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she is a Certified Accountant and Tax Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), bringing a high level of proficiency in financial compliance, tax regulations, and strategic fiscal management.
With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Accountant, Ms. Kassab has built a strong foundation in financial planning, auditing, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accountability and efficiency in financial operations. As a Certified Public Notary, she plays a key role in document authentication and legal verification, further reinforcing the integrity of financial and legal transactions.
Beyond finance, Ms. Kassab is also certified in child development, holding a Child Diploma Associate from OCRA in the USA, reflecting her commitment to supporting families and children within immigrant communities. Her expertise in financial management and community development aligns seamlessly with the mission of Immigrants Integration Station, contributing to the organization’s long-term sustainability and impact.
As a Board Member, Ms. Kassab provides strategic oversight and financial expertise to ensure the organization remains fiscally responsible and mission-driven.
